Description

Have you noticed how everything cooked outdoors always tastes more intense? To remind you of this, Survie-en-Famille invites you to participate in an appetizing outdoor cooking workshop in La Roche-en-Ardenne, where you can discover and prepare a classic campfire recipe: trapper's bread, or twisted bread cooked around a wooden stick.

First, you'll kindle your campfire following Eric, your instructor's advice. Then, you'll prepare your dough with flour, salt, and water, adding your favorite ingredients: spices for an Italian flavor, raisins for those with a sweet tooth, or cheese and chorizo for the gourmet enthusiasts... Afterward, you'll bake your trapper's bread directly on the embers of our campfire.

And since all this might make you thirsty, you'll enjoy them with a local beer, organic juice, or cowboy coffee. As for the children, they'll delight in roasting marshmallows...

Does this whet your appetite, and are you eager to savor the delights of campfire cooking? Come and spend a gourmet morning or afternoon in the great outdoors in the heart of the Ourthe Valley, and enjoy delightful moments of conviviality with family or friends around a campfire.
