This is the perfect place for exploring your passion for regional products and love for nature, because Aubel is, of course, known for its delicious syrup and delicious Herve cheese. Our personal favourite? A hike on the Herve plateau with a stopover in the Val Dieu abbey in Aubel. The regional breakfast of the abbey is really delicious. Furthermore, the valley of the Gueule and its nature reserve (an area with unique geology) is bound to charm you.
