This sumptuous new building holds an all-comfort holiday cottage for 9 persons in the hamlet of Bertrix, in the province of Luxembourg. Nothing is left to chance for its guests; wellness centre, playroom, garden, fireplace… The holidays you are about to live is bound to be unforgettable!
This splendid and peerless 4-star self-catering accommodation is able to welcome nine people. The neat and sober decoration contributes to making a true haven of peace out of this holiday cottage, where you will recharge your batteries with friends or family. The living area is composed of a new equipped kitchen, opening on to the spacious dining room and the living room where stands the fireplace, waiting to warms the heart of the house in the cold of the winter. A staircase will lead you to the basement, comprised of a playroom with a small kitchen and a bar, a football table, a living area and a kids playing area. You will also find a wellness centre providing a jacuzzi, an infrared cabin, and two showers. These two spacious rooms are entirely dedicated to entertainment and relaxation, to guarantee a happy stay. This holiday cottage counts 5 bedrooms, among which one is located on the mezzanine above the first floor. The four other bedrooms are on the first floor as well as the two bathrooms.
The outside of the house is as stunning as the inside! You will find a big fenced garden of 7600m², one terrace and one balcony. Moreover, to please young and old, games are available such as slides, swings, pingpong table, and a sandpit! One sure thing is that this house doesn’t leave any space for bother!
If you wish to explore the surroundings, Bertrix is the ideal region! Luxembourg is a province with a myriad of treasures… Hikes, excursions, visits, everything is possible! Bertrix is only a stone’s throw away from Bouillon, its castle and its adventure park, Semois Aventure, where you can try via ferrata, climbing, and a lot more… Bouillon offers a karting centre and an animal park. We also recommend the Cap Nature - Captifs de Sion activity in Bertrix, accessible to ten-year-olds and above, consisting of a paper chase in a real mine! You can also go a little further, to visit the Grottes de Han (natural caves) or Durbuy, the smallest city in the world, located one hour away from Bertrix.

Het huis was proper en goed voorbereid voor het verblijf. Van op het terras heb je een mooi zicht over veel natuur. Juist een klein detail die ze misschien best meegeven is dat het 2 huisjes aan elkaar zijn met een deur er tussen die open is. Zonder het te weten zaten we plots bij de buren in hun living. Alles was anders wel inorde. We zouden er zeker nog eens gaan.
Het was een zeer fijn verblijf, de ligging was top met zeer veel te doen in de buurt. Perfect voor kleine en grote kinderen.

Zeer mooi huis op een rustige lokatie. Zeer mooi afgewerkt en ruim. Keuken en salon zijn wel erg klein voor 9 personen. Eetgerei is wel aan vernieuwing toe en ook het meubilair zoals zetels, tafel en bedden. Prima jacuzzi (beetje veel chloor er wel in) en toffe speelkamer beneden. Tuin is erg mooi met een riviertje achteraan, geweldig uitzicht vanuit de living en een rustige straat. Erg aangenaam verblijf hier gehad met 2 volw en 2 kinderen van 8 en 10.
Een prachtig huis met alle luxe voorzien. Zeer ruim en gezellig. Ongelofelijk goed onderhouden en proper. Wij hebben er genoten en we wilden niet meer naar huis! Een echte aanrader
