This former boarding school was built on the foundations of an old castle, at the top of a hill overlooking the Meuse valley and the rocky outcrops that dominate its banks. In 2023, the entire property was renovated with great taste and expertise. Across the different buildings, there's enough room for everyone to have their own space, with 8 apartments, each with their own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Each individual unit is centred around a giant communal area boasting a large communal kitchen and dining room, a cinema room, a party room, a lounge, a games room with darts, billiards, table tennis and table football, a large reading room, etc. This means all members of your group can get up to all sorts of things together, or simply opt for the privacy of their own private quarters. The best of both worlds for a large group holiday. The complex is set in a 14-hectare park, complete with playground for kids to run around to their heart's content. And for the older ones, there is a sauna, as well as wood-fired hot tubs, set on the many terraces. The entire accommodation is also perfectly adapted to people with reduced mobility, as all facilities are located on the ground floor.

Your holiday home is located close to the Dinant Evasion complex, where you can enjoy kayaking on the Lesse, boating on the Meuse and enjoy the wonderful adventure park. And, naturally, you are also free to enjoy some utterly picturesque walks and cycles in this beautiful region. In Dinant itself, enjoy everything this lively town has to offer, from its impressive citadelle, the birthplace of the inventor of the saxophone Adolphe Sax, the mysterious rocher Bayard, and so much more. Nearby, you can also pay a visit to the 'La Merveilleuse' caves, with their many spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, stone curtains and waterfalls. With its rich history, Freÿr Castle is also well worth a visit. At the same time, the Furfooz nature reserveoffers a fascinating mixture of nature and history along the banks of the river Lesse. Pay a visit to the nearby quiet village of Celles, one of the most beautiful villages in all of the Ardennes, and wander through this fairytale setting. Visit the Maredsous abbey and enjoy the peace and quiet, history and, of course, the abbey's famous cheese and beer. You won't be short of fun things to do in this fascinating region, that’s for sure!

Een enorm ruime vakantiewoning waar we met onze groep van 50 collega's erg van genoten hebben. De ruimtes waren in het echt nog ruimer dan de foto's deden vermoeden. De zeer ruime keuken was ook zeker voldoende voor onze groep. Enkel de hottub en sauna warm houden was wat moeilijker maar het is ons toch gelukt. We gaan hier waarschijnlijk nog wel eens terug komen.
Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een prachtige omgeving. Zeer prettige ontvangst. Het complex beschikt (voorlopig?) over acht modern ingerichte units met elk twee slaapkamers, badkamer met en aparte WC , salon en keukentje. Alles zeer netjes. De gemeenschappelijke eetzaal is zeer ruim met aansluitend een uitermate goed uitgeruste keuken voorzien van voldoende apparatuur. een filmzaal, vergaderzaal, feestzaal, toiletten. Buiten konden we baden in de hot tubs. Zeer tevreden.
