If you are travelling with a group, whether with family members or friends, you’ll fall in love with this former hotel converted into a large-capacity holiday home, during a stay in the Ardennes.
From the moment you enter the house, you’ll be amazed by its spaciousness. Indeed, a large living room with an open hearth is on your left once you have gone through the front door. Once you have crossed the living room, you find yourself in the large dining room, which is also very spacious. The kitchen, which is separated from the living spaces, is sufficiently spacious and conveniently well equipped to bring out your inner chef.
From the dining room, you have direct access to the patio, the outdoor hot tub, the garden, and the pétanque courts.
There’s also a bar with a billiards table, on the same floor that will be popular with the adults.
Upstairs, there are a total of 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, spread over two floors.
A second staircase, just past the bar, takes you to the first floor and the wellness space containing a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna. On this floor, there is a bedroom served by the sanitary facilities in the wellness space.
The house’s location is perfect because it is on a cul-de-sac and the Ourthe River flows past the garden. You’ll have use of a large private car park next to the house.
In the summer, you’ll see guests kayaking on the Ourthe.
Just a few kilometres from the house lies Durbuy, the smallest city in the world, and numerous options for activities in the region.
There are shops in Bomal, also a few kilometres away.

Wat een fantastisch huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitermate geschikt voor een teambuilding.
Het huis is mooi gelegen aan de boord van de Ourthe midden in het groen met een grote tuin naar het zuiden. Het is proper en goed verzorgd, ruime kamers en praktisch ingericht. Een grote professionele keuken van alle gerief voorzien. De koelkamer is heel handig. Genoeg mogelijkheden tot ontspanning. Echt aangenaam om te verblijven. Er is overal plaats genoeg voor een familie of groep van 26 personen. Ook een grote veilige parking.
Perfect huis voor bijvoorbeeld een teamweekend. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Vooral in de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt aan spullen. Huis is netjes ingericht en tegelijk hufterproof. Jacuzzi en sauna werken ook uitstekend. Erg goede ontvangst gehad van de eigenaresse en zeer bereid om te helpen als er vragen waren. Mooie omgeving, bakker en slager om de hoek. Aanrader.
We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit huis! Enorm genoten van de wellnessfaciliteiten en de gezelligheid van het huis. We komen graag terug!

Zeer mooie verblijfplaats op een unieke locatie met een zeer goede uitrusting voor een grote groep
We hebben genoten van een heerlijk weekend met een prachtig uitzicht op de Ourthe. De bedden zijn zeer goed en door de dubbele deuren op de slaapkamers heb je geen last van de muziek in de bar. Enig puntje van kritiek zijn de hondenharen op het vaste tapijt op enkele slaapkamers en overloop. De koelcel in de keuken is een groot pluspunt. Alles (en dat is veel met zo´n grote groep) is snel gekoeld. Ons weekend is voor herhaling vatbaar.

la maison très bien située. Les aménagements sont excellents. Les chambres, toutes avec salle de bain est très appréciable. Le seul petit bémol, il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la salle à manger et dans le salon (malgré notre demande au propriétaire)
