Welcome to this beautifully renovated farmhouse, transformed into a large holiday home for no less than 53 people. Located in the beautiful Francorchamps, in the High Fens, this is the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in the Ardennes. With an area of 1,350 m², spread over two separate sections, there is more than enough space for everyone.
In the first part of the house, on the ground floor, you will find a large living area with a cozy open fireplace. The existing bar adds extra atmosphere and conviviality. In addition, there is a game room with billiards, where you can have fun together. There is also a large bedroom for 8 people with its own bathroom. On the first floor, there are 11 bedrooms for 2 to 9 people, each with its own bathroom.
The second part of the farmhouse has a living area and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In total, the house has 20 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms for optimal comfort.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden of 4,000 m² with a terrace of 200 m². In addition, there is a petanque field for enthusiasts. In short, this spacious and comfortable holiday home will undoubtedly provide unforgettable moments!
