This farmhouse has been transformed into a 3-star holiday cottage, an ideal place for a group holiday in the province of Luxembourg. Its interior has been furnished with great care to offer warm living spaces in a rustic atmosphere. This Ardennes-Etape holiday rental in Houffalize has excellent amenities and a high level of comfort to accommodate your group of 16 people. Spread over three levels, this large capacity cottage features six bedrooms and five bathrooms (two of which are private). On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with multimedia equipment and an open fire, an inviting dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. A wellness area with shower and sauna as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. On the first floor, there is a TV lounge and a pleasant reading room. Also, WIFI internet connection is available.
Outside, your Ardennes holiday home invites you to relax in a beautiful 2000 m² private fenced garden. There you will find a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue, while younger guests have fun playing on the lawn with your dog! Lastly, you will have access to a public car parking area with ten places to be able to park easily.

Magnifique région, accueil chaleureux, très agréable et grande maison, avec différentes zones de replis. Escalier et barrière non sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants. Un système de chauffage très efficace mais cher pour les charges. Très agréable séjour ! On recommande.
Aangenaam ontvangen door Luc, groot huis voor een groep vrienden met kinderen en honden, lekkere grote open haard en mooie omgeving.
Prachtig gelegen vakantiewoning, gastvrij onthaal. Kwaliteit van matrassen, zetels en keukenuitrusting kan beter. Tuin, sanitair en rustieke omgeving zijn absolute pluspunten.
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und die Räumlichkeiten beeindruckend und gemütlich. Einer Gruppe oder großen Familie wird es an Nichts fehlen. Die Verwalter waren sehr hilfsbereit und erfahren. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt, sodaß man auch gerne draußen sitzt.Wir können dieses Haus/ Anwesen wirklich weiter empfehlen.
Zeer charmant huis met zalige tuin in prachtige omgeving. Er zijn in huis ook veel gezellige plekjes gemaakt. Ideaal voor een grote groep dus. Alleen vonden wij de eindafrekening erg duur. Wij betaalden 135 euro voor stookolie + elektriciteit in een hittegolf-weekend waar we vooral op pad waren. Voor 2 zakken huisvuil en 2 zakken PMD werd ons 20 euro aangerekend. Gelukkig moeten we thuis niet zo veel betalen :-)
Ruim huis in een mooie omgeving met voldoende activiteiten in de buurt.
Zeer prettig huis, met veel ruimte en plek om in groepjes te zitten. De tuin was heel ruim en fijn voor kinderen en hond. Je moet wel opletten op je energieverbruik...
Het verblijf was zeer goed, maar hou rekening met een gepepmerde afrekening. 70€ voor enkele blokken hout, 135€ voor verwarming, alle gasten verblijftaks voor 3 dagen, terwijl ze er niet alle dagen waren, enz... Ik moest voor 16 personen (waarvan 2 baby's en 2 kinderen) 435€ extra bij betallen
Charmante maison ardennaise se situant au calme. Excellent point de départ pour les promenades et pour visiter la région. Un bémol toutefois concernant le calcul des charges pour le weekend. La note a été très salée malgré une consommation raisonnable et responsable de notre part. Le montant des charges n'est pas calculé selon les prix du marché actuel! C'est dommage car cela a un peu gâché notre enthousiasme et relation pourtant bien sympathique avec le propriétaire.

Te duur volgens wat je krijgt,vooral verbruik nutsvoorzieningen was gigantisch hoog bedrag.
Bedankt voor uw feedback. Zoals besproken komt het verbruik overeen met de meterstanden. Om het realistischer te maken heeft de eigenaar inmiddels de gemiddelde verbruiksbedragen gewijzigd.
