Located between the Baraque Fraiture and Houffalize, this holiday home for 34 people offers large spaces and excellent comfort for all guests. Its large outdoor heated pool will delight families and there are many nice activities nearby.
This delightful large capacity holiday home can accommodate up to 34 people and one dog. It is located near Houffalize, in the Belgian Ardennes. It is the perfect place for a family holiday, a stay with friends or a business meeting. A swimming pool, a large garden, a games room and a meeting room will be all at your disposal.
With its 20 bedrooms, most of which feature individual beds for easier distribution, this holiday home is perfect for families, groups and seminars. There are five bathrooms equipped with bathtub at your disposal, and some bedrooms also have a private shower.
A professional fully-equipped kitchen is also available, which allows you to cook for 34 people, so everything is planned.
For business events, there is a multipurpose room with projection equipment (DVD player, a suspended projector and wall screen) and internet access to hold meetings. There are chairs for 34 people as well as some tables available as well as some chairs for well-deserved breaks.
In this unique setting, you will find something to please the whole family, like indoor and outdoor games for your children.
In case of bad weather, you can have fun in the indoor playroom, which is equipped with a football table and a ping-pong table for both young and old!

Beer lovers will enjoy a Chouffe during their visit to the Achouffe brewery.
And for the little ones, we recommend a visit to the recreational centre Houtopia or to the Bisons Farm, an animal park.

This large capacity cottage is divided into two parts, where four of the 20 bedrooms are in a smaller annexe building.
Remark : The access to the annex is from outside.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
Goed vakantiehuis waarvoor wij het geboekt hebben(groep van 30 personen). Minpunt is de ligging vlak aan straat-kant dit omwdat er kleine kinderen aanwezig waren.
Het vakantiehuis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het is wel een iets ouder huis, wat je hier en daar wel merkt aan de afwerking of dingen die niet meer 100% functioneren. Het zwembad (verwarmd) en de grote tuin is een absoluut pluspunt.

Bijhuis ondervindt toch lawaai van de grote baan. Buiten dat een pompbak slecht afliep en in een kamer wat binnenregende, was het vernlijf heel leuk. Mooi zwembad maar met gevaarlijke gladde omliggende tegels. Jammer dat de kicker niet samen in een grote zaal staan. Zeer tevreden voor de rest. Een aanrader.

Prima woning om met een grote familie te verblijven. Mooie wandelingen direct in de buurt mogelijk, geen nood om te gaan rondrijden. Geweldige tuin met de kinderen, zeker met het mooie weer dus echt wel een aanrader.
Maison de vacances spacieuse et très bien aménagée
Goede ontvangst van de host. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Het sluiten van de deuren met een deurpomp gaf veel lawaaihinder. Te vast afgeregeld? Zwembad ideaal, hebben superweekend gehad. Willen hier nog wel eens terugkomen:)
We beleefden een zalig weekend in dit vakantiehuis. Alles was zeer proper. De bedden waren uitstekend. Enige minpunt: het zwembad was niet verwarmd, zoals beloofd op de website. Het water was slechts 21°C en dus alleen voor de durvers. We komen zeker terug!

Een groot vakantiehuis, ideaal om grote families te ontvangen. Rustige ligging met natuur en akkerland omgeven. Het verblijf beschikt over een 4 tal leefruimtes waar wij maar 1 van gebruikt hebben.
