This group accommodation is located on a vast property of 5 hectares! Situated in a dazzling setting, it also offers a high level of comfort thanks to the sauna, to very comfortable bedrooms and their private bathrooms as well as a pleasant living area.
This self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Ardennes welcomes 15 persons in the province of Liège. It counts 4 stars and guarantees a successful stay to its guests, thanks to the vast grass area, where lies a large pond in which you can take a dip. The rental includes six bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the basement level. Each bedroom has a direct access to the garden and the nice wooden terrace with a ping-pong table. The ground floor includes one bedroom with a private bathroom, and a large living area comprising a kitchen with all amenities to prepare big meals, and a dining room capable of welcoming everybody to share privileged moments around the tables. Two living rooms are there as well, one with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and bathrooms.
Moreover, the holiday cottage offers an outdoor sauna to ensure you great relaxing moments, as well as a petanque pitch. You can have fun in the fenced garden of this modern house, and enjoy the pond in the summer days. But if you wish to leave the house for a while to discover the surroundings, it is also possible because it offers numerous activities!
The touristic city of La Roche-en-Ardenne is located 4 kilometers away and is a real jewel of the Ardennes. Do you wish to work out and have fun? Brandsport Adventure & Teambuilding is for you! There, you can discover the techniques of climbing, abseiling, and much more. Discover La Roche-en-Ardenne on the tourist train! Visit the region’s castles, such as the La Roche Castle. And go to the Achouffe Brewery and don’t forget to taste the famous beer!

We hebben een uitstekend weekend achter de rug in La Pêcherie. Alles was heel netjes! Een heel fijn huis om met vrienden te verblijven omdat elke kamer een aanpalende badkamer heeft. We werden ook heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. Een aanrader!
Wij brachten hier een weekend door met onze mtb vrienden. Zalig ontvangen door Tinne door ons alles piekfijjn uitlegde. Zijn gaf ook ook een paar wandelingen die zalig zijn om te doen. De beverwandeling is een aanrader. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort waar je niets te kort komt. Kortom wij hebben genoten! Voor de sportieve mtb'ers is dit de streek bij uitstek. Mooie landschappen met hier en daar een stevige klim. Alvast bedankt voor dit fijn weekend!
Super mooie locatie! Mooie visvijver bij het huis. De kinderen hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt. Mooie omgeving met mooie wandelroutes.
We hebben met 15 personen in de leeftijd van 10 tot 75 een prachtige week gehad. Ontvangst en omgeving fantastisch.
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten op ons vriendenweekend. Het huis was perfect voor ons. Dikke aanrader, super fijn huis in de prachtige natuur van de Ardennen.
Fantastische omgeving, mooie woning, terrassen en zeer grote tuin en weilanden. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de keuken en de living. Mooi gebied om heerlijk te wandelen in bossen en velden. De beverroute is met kinderen erg leuk om te doen. Te voet naar La Roche is te doen als je van wandelen houdt, wel redelijk drukke route.
Fijn verblijf, prachtige omgeving, ideaal voor een verlengd weekend met de familie
Een topper voor ons. De woning is up to date op alle vlakken van gezond wonen, zeer praktische indeling, mooie omgeving en grote eigen tuin en niet te vergeten een speelhoek en speelgoed dat de kinderen enorm heeft geboeid.

Very nice holiday home!
Superbe séjour avec une vue magnifique sur un cadre verdoyant. Gîte tout confort est très lumineux, belle disposition des chambres avec une literie confortable et une cuisine fonctionnelle. Le Petit plus avec le sauna extérieur et la possibilité de se rafraîchir dans l’étang grâce a un petit ponton avec des escaliers. Accueil très sympathique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door Tinne en Joris! We waren met een grote groep vrienden en hebben een zeer tof verblijf gehad! Aanrader voor iedereen!
Zeer fijne vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis. Vooral de zeer warme ontvangst door de gastvrouw blijft me bij!

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door gastvrouw, konden met al onze vragen bij hen terecht. Kregen leuke tips. Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien, en fantastische omgeving.
Een super warm en open ontvangst. Je hebt precies het gevoel dat het jouw vrienden zijn! Ik blijf haar mooie lach nog voor mij zien. Het huis had niet beter gekund. .....voor iedereen een kamer met goede bedden en een eigen badkamer....dat kom je niet dikwijls tegen. Het uitzicht , de openheid van het huis. Je kan op een heel comfortabele manier buiten zitten en genieten. Het was gewoon super !!! Dank je Tinne !!!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in La Pêcherie en hebben ook enorm genoten van de sauna en zwemvijver. Fijne gastheren, mooie locatie, heerlijk rustig, we keren zeker nog eens terug!
Het ganse weekend was top. Leuk verblijf. Rustig gelegen. Voldoende materiaal in keuken. Eigenlijk geen opmerkingen.
Wij hebben super genoten van ons verblijf en dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de goed ingerichte keuken. Dit is een huis waar je zowel in de zomer als in de winter allerlei activiteiten kan plannen. Wij hebben mooie wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt, een dierenpark bezocht en van La Roche genoten. Eigenaar is discreet aanwezig in nabijgelegen woning en kan zorgen voor wat nodig is. Eigenlijk komen we graag nog eens terug in de zomer, dan kan er gezwommen worden in de natuurvijver en ge-BBQ worden...
