This luxury villa in the Ardennes awaits you for cosy holidays in a lovely setting. It is a large-capacity holiday home perfect for a stay among family, friends or colleagues.
Located in a residential area in Libin (province of Luxembourg), this 4 star villa for 18 persons is perfect for high-class holidays. The main door opens onto bright and contemporary living areas. The sitting room and the dining room are next to a lovely 160m² terrace. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to be shared inside or in the garden. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are also to be found on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 6 bedrooms, 4 of which with private bathroom, and 1 separate bathroom. There are thus 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. In the basement, you will also find a warmed swimming pool available all year long. A multipurpose room for 12 persons is also at your disposal and is perfect for seminars. And a great relaxation area with infrared sauna and fitness room also await you! An internet connection is also at your disposal. The private garden covers an area of 1,300m² and you will find some garden furniture, too. The children will be happy to play outside, discover the small chalet and use the slide when the weather allows it!
You will find a wood just 400 m away from the holiday cottage and a river just 2 km away. If you are interested in the local history and culture, why not visit the Castle of Modave and the Fort of Huy? If you are looking for outdoor activities, you may head for Avenature. Das Ferienhaus ist nett und war für unsere Gruppe passend (9 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder zwischen 1 und 8 Jahren) An manchen Stellen ist das Haus etwas abgewohnt, aber es ist nicht störend. Die Wendeltreppe ist v.a. mit Kleinkindern gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich. Der Poolbereich ist angenehm warm und hell. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
Belle et grande maison au calme, avec un parking privatif très grand et la possibilité de recharger sa voiture électrique. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas terrible et que tout ne soit pas au top point de vue propreté
We hadden een heel fijn weekend met de kinderen en de kleinkinderen. De trap bleef een aandachtspunt voor de twee-jarigen. Het zwembad was zalig! Ook het terras en de tuin boden veel mogelijkheden.
Mooi huis . Vriendelijke gastheer. Dringend alle reparatie en eensgrondig kuisen. Kuisploeg zou bij mij niet mogen kuisen. Bbq was zeer vuil. Verder alles ok . Toffe locatie.
De douches kunnen wel een degelijke kuisbeurt gebruiken (vermoedelijk lichte schimmels op moeilijk bereikbare plaatsen), kalksporen op binnenzijde.
Prima woning voor groepen, niet heel kind veilig. Wel genoeg leuke dingen te doen voor groepen in de kelder, zoals zwemmen en poolen. Ligging was perfect, je had geen last van mensen om je heen en kunt weinig overlast veroorzaken. Woning mocht wel wat schoner zijn. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk.
Die Bilder in der Beschreibung müssen schon alt sein. Das Haus wirkt verlebt. Besonders der Poolbereich und die Bäder müssten dringend saniert werden.

Toutefois, il est vrai que certains plafonds dans les salles de bains devraient être repeints à cause de l'humidité due à l'utilisation des pièces d'eau."
