This comfortable chalet is located in a holiday village that offers many amenities.
Your holiday rental consists of two adjoining cottages that are connected by an inner door between the entrance halls.
Each cottage features an entrance hall with a separate toilet and a comfortable living space with a sitting area (including a sofa bed), a dining area and a kitchen.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms each of them equipped with two single beds.
So, in total, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms between the two chalets.
You also have access to a private terrace area equipped with the necessary outdoor furniture.
The property offers many amenities. You can enjoy for free all-year-round access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room; as well as to the seasonal outdoor pool. There is also a mini golf course, a tennis court and a playground at your disposal.
For an additional fee, you can play squash, table football, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, football, rent mountain bikes or electric bikes, and enjoy more comfort in your cottage, if you wish (sunshade, DVD player, baby cot, etc.).
Another great advantage is that there is a restaurant on site, which is closed on Mondays and from November to the end of March is also closed on Tuesdays.
The holiday village is located a few kilometres away from Malmedy, but it is easily accessible by the RAVeL, which passes right next to the village. So you can enjoy a beautiful bike ride on the RAVeL that connects you Trois-Ponts to Saint-Vith via Stavelot, Malmedy and Waimes.
The area is also ideal for many tourist attractions or sport activities, such as: Paintball, the Malmundarium, MovieMills, the Castle of Reinhardstein, and Bowling 362 - Magic Planet Malmedy.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
Super , het enige spijtige vond ik dat de gekoppelde huisjes niet klaargezet waren voor 9 personen. Voor de rest was alles super , de chalet het zwembad het restaurant. Wij komen zeker terug !
A week of vacation full of missing things. A great vacation that we wanted to offer our children turned into a nightmare. And an establishment that does not deserve the money we paid.

Simpel ,maar praktisch huis, zeker met een hond. Doordat toilet en badkamer beneden zijn kan ik geen 4 sterren geven . Maar service en bediening waren zeker 4/5 sterren waard.
Fijn verblijf in een mooie rustige groene omgeving,met alle vakantie mogelijk heden zoals zwemmen wandelen,of lekker niets doen.
Fijne verblijf gehad, onderhoud aan de woning en meubilair is zéér aangeraden.
De huisjes hebben dringend een opfrissing nodig
De gordijnen hingen er verschillend voor vond het slordig overkomen. Bij de jacuzzi was de rand stuk een gevaarlijke situatie.
