This 3 star holiday cottage for 7 persons in Malmedy benefits from a typical architecture. Its exposed wooden beams, its wood stove and other authentic elements make for a great impression. And thanks to an in-depth renovation, you will benefit from much light and comfort inside. On the ground floor, the living areas were merged together. The kitchen, the dining room and the sitting room form a large and convivial living area. When it is cold, this will allow the whole group to enjoy the wood stove’s warmth together. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 2 bedrooms with washbasin on the first floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The garden offers a lovely view over the surrounding nature and a play area even awaits your children. The woods are close and you will be able to go for a walk whenever you wish to.

Très chouette petit gîte et pour nous et pour nos 2 chiens, il est suffisamment équipé à tous niveaux, La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le gîte est très reposant et sa situation dans le petit village est très appréciable. Nous envisageons de revenir l'année prochaine.

Een fijn verblijf! Een prachtige omgeving om vele wandelingen te maken en dichtbij (met de auto) bij Malmedy. Wij vonden de bank en stoelen matig zitten en misten ook een lamp in het zitgedeelte. Voor de rest hebben wij een heerlijke midweek gehad!
het vakantiehuis is top, supervriendelijke ontvangst, enkel de bedden zijn redelijk smal maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt
Het was een knus huisje maar een te kleine koelkast voor 6 mensen zoals ook de diepvries een toffe ontvangst.
Eenvoudig verblijf. Bedden waren iets minder. Keuken was goed al was er geen vaatwasser. In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen. Leuke vakantie gehad

Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Propriétaire, accueillant, très à l'écoute, d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. Décoration raffinée, choisie avec goût et respirant l'harmonie. Grâce à cette agréable location de vacances cocoon dans un cadre idyllique enneigé et une propriétaire exceptionnelle, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Zeer mooie omgeving om wandelingen te starten. Bij je aankomst krijg je een kaart en geeft de eigenaar je graag wat meer uitleg bij de verschillende wandelingen.
En général un bon logis de vacances pour 3 ou 4 personnes. La cuisine n'est pas pratique (manque de place, débordement d'une armoire au-dessus de l'évier, une seul évier) et devrait poser une réel problème lors d'un séjour de 7 personnes... Peu d'espaces de rangement dans le living (le meuble recevant les assiette devrait être libéré pour les vacanciers). L'isolation sonore (intérieure) laisse à désirer.

Heerlijk huis met een geweldige tuin voor kind en hond. Ga zeker nogmaals terug. Vriendelijke ontvangst en nette afhandeling bij ons vertrek.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il manquait juste une lumière vers le jardin.

Mooi huis, dicht bij prachtige wandelgebieden gelegen. Erg gehorig huis. Het 2de toilet ligt in 1 van de3 slaapkamers, de badkamerop het gelijkvloers is zeer mooi. We hadden veel last van vliegen, er was nergens een vliegenraam. Ik de keuken was alle gerief aanwezig, maar een minimaal aanbod van kruiden zou fijn zijn, bv peper en zout. De eigenares zorgde aan het begin van ons verblijf voor een nieuwe parasolvoet. We kregen nuttige info over wandelen en winkelen in de buurt.

Tout était parfait: maison, promenades et même la meteo. Le chalet était très propre et comfortable, même si très peu insonorisé. Le jardin n'est pas bien clôturé et donc pas fait pour les chiens. L'accueil et l'organisation aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ étaient parfaits. Sejour surement à refaire.
