Located near Malmedy in the province of Liège, this holiday cottage used to be a small farmhouse. The house owners managed to preserve its authentic character and beautiful stone walls. It is also modernly equipped and offers optimal comfort. You will enjoy the relaxation area with infrared sauna that you may use as you wish. A bedroom and a bathroom are at your disposal on the ground floor and they are both adapted to persons with reduced mobility. On the first floor, you will find the second bathroom as well as 2 other bedrooms. There are thus 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen and the large dining room will allow the whole group to be gathered together for convival meals. A sitting room with wood stove is also at your disposal. As far as the exterior is concerned, you will be happy to find a terrace with barbecue as well as a 450m² private garden with a swing.

Het was een fijn vakantiehuis gelegen op een mooie plek. Je kan heerlijk tot rust komen. Het is wel zoeken waar alles ligt in de keuken het bestek is allemaal verschillend en verouderd en weinig scherpe messen om eten te snijden/klaar te maken
Leuke vakantie woning, alleen aantal slaapplaatsen is niet als geadverteerd Opgaaf is 9 maar is erg krap op een bedbank in de living.
Leuk huisje en leuke ligging
Het zou fijn zijn als er iets meer onderhoudsmateriaal aanwezig zou zijn, zoals een aftrekker, een douchegordijn, en tapijtjes in de badkamer.

Mooi huisje op mooie locatie in de Ardennen. Kinderen genoten van de tuin met speeltoestellen en natuurlijk het beekje! Eigenaar is vriendelijk, spreekt ook goed Duits.
Prachtige idyllische plek vlak langs een stroompje en watermolen met vrij uitzicht. De tuin en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch voor spelen, zonnen en Bbq-en. Huis is volledig uitgerust en voldoet aan alle eisen. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Veel dank, we hebben genoten!

Huis ligging goed. Alleen de meubilering is aan vervanging toe net als de keuken spullen.
Bij het ophalen van de sleutel heeft de eigenaar ons begeleid naar de vakantiewoning. Deze woning was op alle gebied 100% in orde. We hebben er een paar gezellige dagen doorgebracht.
