As soon as you enter, you will notice that a particular care was given to the arrangement of the rooms inside the house. They all feature quality equipment and a nice decoration. You will enjoy spending pleasant evenings with your family in the beautiful living-dining area, which is large and bright. And with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare real treats. On the ground floor, you will find a small reading room where you can enjoy pleasant moments of quiet rest, as well as a bedroom with four bunk beds, which is ideal for children! Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. But the icing on the cake is the relaxation area with sauna that awaits you to become an evening ritual after your beautiful days of excursions.
The centre of Malmedy is close to your holiday cottage, so you will have many possibilities for fun activities and tourist offers. History lovers should visit the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, which is dedicated to the Second World War and offers a remarkable collection. To learn more about the local folklore and its traditions, head to the Malmundarium, located in the old monastery of the city, which nowadays hosts a superb complex of museums dedicated to the culture of Malmedy. Excellent séjour. La maison est très propre, la cuisine bien équipée, le sauna est un vrai plus et la communication avec le propriétaire était très claire. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
Prima accommodatie voor een wielrengroep. Voldoende douches en toiletten. eetkamerstoelen zitten niet heel fijn en ook opstelling van de zithoek is niet erg gezellig. Dat maakt het aangename verblijf er niet minder om. Eigenaren zijn flexibel en direct beschikbaar bij vragen. Door de weersomstandigheden geen gebruik kunnen maken van het buitenterras.
Très beau gîte, très bien entretenu et très bien équipé
Op zich groot en ruim maar weinig licht inval. De zetels in de living zeer onaangenaam. De tafel wel groot genoeg voor grote groepen. De slaapkamer beneden voor kinderen is niet zo veilig. De kinderen zijn de hele nacht onbewaakt. Alle volwassen kamers zijn boven voorzien. Voor de rest een fijn ontvangst gehad. De eigenaar altijd bereikbaar.

Heel mooi gerenoveerd vakantiehuis. Ruim, proper, gewoon heel goed! Het enige min-punt vonden wij de zetels in de living. Deze zijn niet comfortabel om in te zitten. Je kan niet gezellig als groep bij elkaar zitten.
Séjour entre amis avec des enfants de 1 à 10 ans. Sécurité, propreté , maison très accueillante ?
Prima huis, veel ruimte. Zitcomfort woonkamer is matig, keuken prima.
Infomap met gegevens van o.a. gebruiksaanwijzingen van de toestellen, winkels (magazijnen, bakkerij, beenhouwer) in de omgeving is aangewezen. Folders ivm uitstappen, wandelingen, te bezichtigen musea ... updaten. In een huis voor 12 personen is een wasmachine/droogkast bij een verblijf van 14 dagen echt wel een noodzaak.

Zeer proper en ruim. Rustig gelegen.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, juste le temps qui ne nous a pas accompagné. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires.
