This large building can easily accommodate up to 32 people for an unforgettable family reunion in an idyllic setting. During your stay, you will experience the rhythm of a small village of the Ardennes and enjoy an authentic and exotic experience. The private garden allows you to admire the rural surroundings of the place and you can gather all your family around the barbecue during nice summer evenings. The fully fenced outdoor area is the perfect playground for your children. Younger guests will also enjoy the indoor entertainment room, while adults relax in the wellness area with sauna. Also, four of the ten bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, while the others have washbasins. Très sympathique endroit où chacun peut trouver un espace pour jouer, étudier, lire ou se reposer sans être dérangé par des activités plus bruyantes d’autres dans la maison. En plus, la région est un havre de nature sauvage et plus ou moins protégée.

Prijs / kwaliteit is dit een uitstekende woning voor een groep. Wij verbleven hier voor de tweede keer met 18 volwassenen en twee honden. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. De keuken is groot en uitstekend uitgerust. Gezellige living, open haard enz. Vriendelijke eigenaars, mooie streek enz. Geen enkele negatieve opmerking.

Vakantiehuis was goed in orde. Goede kamers en sanitair. Eetzaal iets te klein voor het aantal personen.
Aangenaam verblijf in een super mooie omgeving. Mooi huis met alle basis voorzieningen. Enkel jammer dat een gedeelte van de woning niet goed geïsoleerd is en ook in sommige douches was er schimmel aanwezig
De foto's van het huis zagen er goed uit, prijs was prima, de locatie leek mooi. Bij aankomst bleek de locatie prima te zijn, maar het huis verkeerde in slechte staat, slecht onderhouden, veel schimmelplekken, alles kraakte in het huis, wc's die slecht doorspoelde, lekkage in de keuken en het huis was vies! Niet vermeld op de website, maar dit kregen we bij aankomst te horen, dat we na 22u s'avonds geen geluid buiten mogen maken, geen lamp aan buiten, dit ivm klagende buren.

Très bon gîte d'une bonne capacité dans un bel environnement. Il convient parfaitement à des réunions de familles ou des week-end entre amis. L'accueil est excellent par les gentils propriétaires super disponibles.
Verwacht niet te veel luxe. Groot huis met veel ruimte.

Groot vakantiehuis met voldoende ruimte voor verschillende gezinnen. De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust met grote oven, voldoende opbergruimte en 2 grote frigo's. Ook een proffesionel vaatwasser. In één gedeelte waren vier mooie slaapkamers met eigen badkamer, rustig gelegen. De andere slaapkamers lagen in een ander deel dat helaas niet goed geisoleerd was waardoor er veel geluid tussen kamers was. Eetkamer was iets te klein waardoor je ditcht opeen zat. Kleine tuin, weinig lichtinval.

Fantastische vakantiewoning voor een grote groep . Wij waren met 16 maar 20 à 24 personen kunnen hier comfortabel logeren. Veel kamers, meerdere met privé badkamer. Heel gezellig met veel fleece dekentjes in de zetels. Open haard. Goed ingerichte keuken. Super vriendelijke eigenaars die tegenover het huis een klein boerderijwinkeltje / café uitbaten. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Kortom, voo rherhaling vatbaar!

Wij zijn een gezelschap dat graag uitgebreid kookt, de keuken viel ons dan ook erg tegen. Keuken is zeker aan een upgrade toe. De rest van het huis is ok, een beetje complex van indeling maar zeker voldoende ruimte en voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen.

Fijn vakantiehuis. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Mooie omgeving. Keuken had wat ruimer assortiment aan kookspullen kunnen hebben ( goede messen, schaar enz) omdat je voor een grote groep moet kopen.
Gezellige woning
Maison très bien située dans un joli petit village avec plein de balades à faire aux alentours. L’espace dédié aux repas est trop petit et mal agencé pour la capacité de personne du gîte. La maison mériterait un peu plus d’entretien (poussière, …) mais cela est conforme au niveau qualité/prix. Les propriétaires habitent en face et sont disponibles et accueillants. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour en famille fin septembre.

L'emplacement au milieu du village est avantageux pour les balades dans un site ardennais magnifique, mais desaventageux pour le parking et les nuisances sonores vis à vis du voisinage. L'espace de jeu assez réduit pour les enfants. Une des portes extérieures n'étant pas munie de clé de fermeture, la sécurisation du bâtiment était toute relative. L'accueil était chaleureux. Profitant d'un temps agréable, nous y avons néanmoins, passé un bon séjour

Zeer ruime vakantiewoning met voldoende materiaal voor een groep van 30 personen.
Zeer tof verblijf, waren hier met een kleine groep kinderen voor een zomerkamp (op voorhand toestemming vragen, mogelijks worden er extra “voorwaarden” voor een goed verloop mogelijk te maken) en hebben enorm genoten van dit verblijf en konden altijd terecht bij de uitbaatster van het verblijf voor eventuele vragen.
Si vous voulez repartir en enfance avec famille et amis, louez cette maison qui vous ramènera au temps des colonies de vacances! on serait bien restés toute la semaine.
Prijs/kwaliteit een correct verblijf, alles was heel proper, aangename eigenaars, zeer behulpzaam. Het enige minpuntje voor ons was de gehorigheid in het huis maar voor de rest alles prima.
Bonsoir, Chouette maison, seule bémol, ça aurait été sympa si la maison avait été chauffée avant notre arrivée... Vu l'espace à chauffer, la première soirée on a eu froid.
Alles oogt amateuristisch afgewerkt. Er is een grote vochtplek in de leefruimte. De douches zijn beschimmeld. Quasi geen isolatie, voetstappen zijn hoorbaar in iedere kamer. Niet geschikt voor kinderen met gevaarlijke trappen. Gootsteen lekte. Oude potten en pannen. Vettig kookgerei.
