This 3.5-star holiday house which feels like a cottage is straight out of a storybook... It is however a holiday home with large capacity - very real, practical and comfortable for your group. The spaces are bright and cosy, decorated with fresh and sprightly touches. The living room, which leads to the dining room and kitchen, opens onto the terrace and garden, immersing you in the surrounding countryside. Everywhere in the house, you are enveloped in softness and light. This rental for 15 people has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The 6-person dormitory with its table football will delight teenagers, obviously! A snug cocoon at the foot of the garden. This rental home has a beautiful garden and an annex with wonderful charm. You’ll find the Nordic bath on the terrace. And, inside, you have a sauna as well as a very cosy living area with a kitchen and little living room with a fire... It’s the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet on a group holiday. It may be your favourite place!
The little village of Dochamps ( Manhay entity in Luxembourg province) is one of these typical locations in the Ardennes where you’ll have the woods as your neighbour. Very near to the holiday home, Parc Chlorophylle holds a wonderful day out in store for the family, which is both recreational and educational. Veel bedden, maar het huisje is niet voorzien voor het aantal bedden. Teweinig stoelen, ramen die niet open kunnen ...
Déçue par les équipements. Manque de vaisselle, des équipements de cuisine manquants ou inutilisable. Et surtout le sauna ne fonctionne pas et pas de bois pour le bain nordique… Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas du tout !
Le propriétaire nous communique que selon lui le sauna et le bain nordique fonctionnent normalement.
Fijn verblijf voor een grote groep. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Check-in en check-out verliepen vlot. Het huisje is wel wat verouderd en zou een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Verder erg tevreden over ons verblijf. Absoluut prima prijs-kwaliteit.

Huis ziet er charmant uit, maar is verouderd, zowel inrichting, keuken en sanitair kan wel een update gebruiken. Het bijgebouw is recent gerenoveerd en daarin zit een goede sauna die lekker warm kan. De hottub is leuk, maar houtgestookt betekent wel veel werk en enkele uren opwarmtijd. De hottub heeft geen filter systeem of chloortabletten houder, dus je moet water verversen na 2 dagen. Locatie is prima in de Ardennen, die erg mooi zijn.
Vrij uitzicht, met veel mogelijkheden. Mooie omgeving en activiteiten mogelijk!

Bien situer, joli village, la cuisine devrait être rénovée et s’assurer que tout les électroménager fonctionnent (lave vaisselle en panne) Le sauna et le bain nordique impeccable.

La maison est jolie, loge bien 15 personnes et la vue du jardin est magnifique. Elle est conforme aux photos mais manque d’un peu de confort: certaines chambres et SDB ne sont pas chauffées. Il manque dans la cuisine les produits de base et il n’est pas possible de s’asseoir à 15 à table. La communication avec le propriétaire n’a pas été très facile. Par exemple pas clair que nous devions amener le bois pour le bain nordique.
We misten hier en daar wat stopcontacten en voor 15 personen is het beneden net te krap. Er mag hier en daar wat gemoderniseerd worden.
