Built 1 km from downtown Marche-en-Famenne in the province of Luxembourg, this large capacity farmhouse may host up to 14 persons thanks to its 5 bedrooms. The ground floor is cleverly laid out and offers a spacious and warm living area. The entrance hall leads to a living room with wood stove and a large equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Next to the dining room you will find a lovely furnished terrace. The first floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms mixing light colours and natural materials to create a relaxing atmosphere. One of the bathrooms is equipped with an infrared sauna for 2 persons and another one with a whirlpool for 2 persons. On the second floor, you will find a TV lounge and 2 bedrooms. The private garden of this semi-detached holiday home is equipped with a table tennis table and a charcoal barbecue. You are even allowed to bring your dog along in this lovely vacation home. It will surely enjoy running around in the garden and also going for a walk in the woods, or near the river just 500 meters from the house.
If you wish to discover lovely landscapes in an original way, do not miss the Aisne Tourist Tramway. In Erezée, you will also be able to visit the Chocolaterie Defroidmont (‘Defroidmont chocolate factory’). Are you interested in animals? Why not spend a day at the wildlife park of La Roche-en-Ardennes? And the children will surely enjoy exploring the labyrinth of Barvaux!

Mooi, groot goed voorzien vakantiehuis. Alles is aanwezig voor een groep met (kleine) kinderen. De slaapkamers en woonruimtes zijn heel ruim en gezellig. De keuken is van goede kwaliteit. Er zijn voldoende badkamers en toiletten aanwezig. Enkele kleinere zaken zouden wel mogen hersteld. Maar over het algemeen heel tevreden. De gastvrouw was ook heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De mogelijk om de wagen op te laden is zeker en vast ook een pluspunt!

Leuk vakantiehuis met voldoende ruimte en comfort. Twee goede bakpannen maar slechts één antikleefpan en die is helemaal beschadigd. Gevaar voor de gezondheid want bodem schilfert af! Ander kookgerief voldoende en goede kwaliteit.

Zeer aangename comfortabele praktische ruime woning voor een weekendje onder vrienden met kinderen. Leuke faciliteiten (zoals pingpong, biljart,... ) voor de kinderen. Basisvoorzieningen in keuken waren meer dan compleet. Zeer lieve gastvrouw. Enig minpuntje dat er in 1 slaapkamer de ramen niet open konden.

Séjour entre amis/famille avec 3 adolescents et 3 enfants en bas âge Tout est adapté pour chaque personne , le séjour s’est très bien passé, nous n’avons manqué de rien et les propriétaires sont très réceptifs. L’emplacement est idéal pour les marches de noël environnant. Les photos sont légèrement trompeuses par contre!!!! En effet la maison est mieux en vrai elle est spacieuse chaleureuse cosy on s’y sent bien Encore merci pour tout

Zalig weekendje in een ruim en goed voorzien vakantiehuis. Vlotte communicatie met de verhuurder. Het speelgoed was een leuk pluspunt! De tuin was zeker ook de moeite maar door het slechte weer hebben we hier geen echt gebruik van gemaakt. Bedankt!

Endroit idéal bien adapté aux enfants, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Gîte spacieux et très bien équipé, très confortable. Belles promenades aux alentours avec des paysages magnifiques. Il y a une épicerie au village où l’on peut trouver un peu de tout. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Zeer aangename woning. We waren met een grote groep vrienden en er was voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Zowel aan tafel als in het salon. Ook de kamers waren tiptop in orde. De (kleine) snooker was ook een meerwaarde bij de mannen. Een geslaagd verblijf voor ons. Gastvrouw is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader!
