This 4.5 star new building for 12 persons is perfect to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay close to nature. It is spread over 3 floors and benefits from both modern and warm decoration. The ground floor hosts a playroom (equipped with a pool table), a relaxation area with Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna as well as a double bedroom (two single beds) with TV and bathroom. The first floor benefits from a large living area with sitting room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It is also equipped with large bay windows offering a beautiful view over the river winding its way through the countryside. On the second floor, you will find 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a private bathroom, and one extra bathroom. The whole holiday rental has thus 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for optimal comfort. It is a new building built on a 600 m² garden. You will also find a 28m² furnished terrace, a petanque field and a parking-lot with 8 spaces.
This vacation home will allow you to discover the region in the best conditions. You will be able to enjoy several hiking or cycling routes starting in Paliseul, discover birds of prey at the Jardin des Hiboux (Owls’ Garden) in Graide, or visit the well-known and impressive Euro Space Center in Transinnes, a museum with playful activities about the universe.
This holiday rental will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the Ardennes!
The house is equipped with a porch roof, which will allow you to enjoy the exterior all year long.

T huis was erg mooi, leuk ingericht, in een prachtige omgeving.
Het huis was heel goed, zeer mooie ligging! We missen wel een wasmachine en droogkast
We verbleven een week met onze 4 jongvolwassen kinderen en hun vrienden in deze mooie en zeer comfortabele woning! Wat een genot om vanuit elk venster of balkon uit te kunnen kijken over een prachtige omgeving! De bos van Our ligt achter het huis en verschillende wandelingen vertrekken vanuit de tuin. De keuken is zeer comfortabel en echt van meer dan voldoende keukengerei voorzien om voor een grote groep te koken. Handig voor de boodschappen is de Delhaize van Maissine, op 10 min met de auto.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis met genoeg slaapkamers en eigen badkamers om genoeg privacy te hebben. De Jacuzziruimte is heel rustgevend en het kabbelende beekje buiten ook.

Ontzettend mooi huis, met goede faciliteiten. Super netjes onderhouden en lekker modern. Bijna elke kamer staat een sonos, en de ligging is echt fantastisch.
Prima huis waar we met een vriendengroep ons goed hebben kunnen vermaken.
Mooi ruim huis, waarin alles is voorzien. Fijn terras en goede barbecue mogelijkheden. We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen deze midweek genoten en kijken met plezier terug naar het verblijf in dit huis.
Hier met 10 volwassenen verbleven. Prachtig vakantiehuis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. De leefruimtes zijn groot, met verschillende zithoeken, en open haard. Daarnaast ruime slaapkamers met bijna elk een eigen badkamer en WC. Tot slot een prachtige grote tuin, aan een rivier met mogelijkheden tot mooie wandelingen vanaf het verblijf. Wij komen zeker terug!
Uitstekend verblijf gehad, alles was aanwezig. Prachtige ligging, wandelroutes vanuit het huis kunnen doen. Huis is ook perfect voor slecht weer. Zeer zachte badhanddoeken, zowel in de wellness als in de badkamers badjassen. Kortom, kon niet beter.
Prima vakantiehuis met alles erop en eraan. Perfecte ligging.

Lang weekend in maart genoten van dit heerlijke, sfeervolle, ruime huis midden in de natuur! Van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne welness met uitzicht op het beekje, heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamers, badjassen, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, sonos installatie door het gehele huis. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
Super W-E dans un environnement absolument calme; belles balades depuis la maison; cuisine tout équipée, literie au top; Petits points négatifs: -cheminée qui au début fait beaucoup de fumée dans le salon, - 2 des 6 chambres doivent se partager une salle de bains, toutes les autres chambres ont une salle de bain pour eux Cette belle demeure est à recommander absolument, tant que pour les familles avec enfants, tant que pour un groupe d'amis!
Top huis, super gezellig , mooi ingericht en zeer goed uitgeruste keuken . Niets op aan te merken, wij hebben terug geboekt voor het najaar, top huis !!
