With the capacity to accommodate up to 15 people, this large house with a picturesque façade is ideal for a memorable stay with friends or family. Located in the province of Namur, this village house has a perfect location for a relaxing holiday without being too far from the city’s amenities. On the ground floor, you will find the main living areas, which include a large living room to relax, watch TV or listen to music, a dining room with a wood-burning stove for warm and cosy meals, a perfect kitchen equipped with several appliances such as a grill stone, a laundry room, a bathroom and two separate toilets. One of the best spaces on this floor is, without a doubt, the wellness area with its infrared cabin for up to five people, where you can spend some sweet relaxing moments. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with six bedrooms, as well as a quiet reading room with a sofa bed for two people. There is also a shower room and a bathroom. Outside, you will find a lovely private garden with a terrace and a private parking area.
During your stay in Somme-Leuze, you should not miss visiting the village of Mohiville. Prachtig groot vakantiehuis met echt alles wat je nodig hebt in de tuin mooi groot tuintafel met bank lekker was geweest bv tuinset waar je gemakkelijk in de zon kon relaxen maar dat is meer luxe..
Zeer leuk en net vakantiehuis goede rustige ligging Netjes en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hadden er met een groep van 12 een heel leuk weekend. Meer dan genoeg aanwezig in de woning . Zeker een aanrader

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ...une maison typique très agréable et chaleureuse! Yout le confort y était! vaisselle en quantité! La pièce séjour est assez grande, lumineuse, super agréable . Tout extrêmement propre!!! Gite très bien équipé! Très grand barbecue! Nous aurions cependant apprécié que le jardin soit entièrement cloturé pour la sécurité des efts et du chien. Accueil impeccable! Merci! Nous reviendrons, ça c'est sûr! Belles balades à faire, le sauna est un plus également!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre ami·es. Le gîte est bien équipé et confortable pour accueillir 15 personnes. Le plus de la convivialité, c'est le salon dans lequel nous avons pû tous et toutes nous asseoir ! Minuscule point un peu "négatif" même si cela avait été signalé à notre arrivée, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres. La propriétaire est très accueillante et n'a pas hésitez à nous donner des conseils durant notre séjour.

Chouette maison de vacances mais parfaite pour 3 couples et des enfants... Pas plus d adultes au niveau des chambre. Par contre, le reste du gîte est parfaitement équipé et adapté a un grand nombre de personnes. Accueil chaleureux et maison très propre et bien équipée

Een prima huis waarin alles aanwezig was..heel fijne ontvangst met kaarsjes en lekker warm...gastvrouw had de nodige tips voor activiteiten buitenshuis voorbereid..heel fijn..het huis was zeer ruim waardoor de kids en volwassenen hun eigen ruimte hadden..alles was in overvlowd aanwezig...misschien klein minpuntje..de eerste slaapkamervwas een doorgangsslaapkamerdus niet geschikt voor de lichte slapers..maar wij komen beslist terug en de doorgangsslpk is al toegezegd....

top huis voor een grote bende, alles was goed onderhouden en proper en er was een zeer aangenaam ontvangst.
Mooie woning. Goede bedden. 1 van de badkamers weinig plaats voor iets te zetten.Huis zelf veel te vol, daardoor veel te weinig plaats om je eigen dingen te zetten, we waren er tenslotte met 13 personen. Wel heel vriendelijk ontvangen.
Zeer leuk huis om een weekend te spenderen in de Ardennen. Voldoende kamers, zeer ruime living en de sauna was een pluspunt. Keuken volledig uitgerust. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

On a passé un superbe moment entre amis/familles. Il y avait beaucoup d espace ce qui permettaient aux enfants de jouer malgré de mauvais temps. Ils savaient aussi bien jouer dans le jardin. C'était vraiment top!:)

Heel leuk huis. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Antwoord snel op berichtjes. We hadden een heel leuk verblijf!
We verbleven er een weekje samen met kinderen en kleinkinderen. (15p) Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. De woning was mooi versierd : gaf ons onmiddellijk een kerstgevoel. De woning voldoet aan de beschrijving op de website. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. De ruime living is zeker een pluspunt. Gelukkig zijn er 2 koelkasten, alhoewel ze zelfs nog iets groter mogen zijn voor zulke grote groepen. We hebben van ons verblijf genoten. Een aanrader !
