This beautiful 4-star holiday home has been carefully restored and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The proximity of the centre of Spa, one of the jewels of the Ardennes, and the many tourist, cultural, and athletic activities in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home make for an unforgettable group holiday with family or friends.
The group accommodation has a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. A second sitting room with a TV was set up on the ground floor, as well as a beautiful wellness area with a fabulous whirlpool bath, sauna, shower, and loungers. The holiday home has four bedrooms in total, each of which has been very tastefully decorated. The two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, have also been decorated with great care and are equipped with two washbasins, a toilet, hairdryer, and a bathtub or shower.
The immense garden with a covered patio stretches across an area of over 1,500 m². Dog owners will certainly be delighted with the news that their faithful pet is also welcome here.
