This beautiful, 4-star luxury villa located in the centre of the town of Stavelot was fully renovated in 2012. A comfortable stay in the province of Liège is on the cards for your holiday in the Ardennes. As soon as you lay eyes on the villa, you’ll be transported back in time. The owners of this 19th century (1860) manor have done their utmost to preserve its authentic charm. But it goes without saying that, in order to ensure an exceptional stay for a group of 14 people, it had to be modernised. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated with warm colours and charismatic furniture. The seven bedrooms share five bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.
Your holiday home, which is intended for families and professionals alike, will meet everyone’s expectations: a relaxation area with a sauna, games room, projection space, spacious bedrooms…
The well-equipped kitchen lends itself easily to the preparation of the tastiest meals, even for as many as 14 guests. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the washing machine and dryer can help you out.

We hebben een heerlijke gezellige tijd gehad met onze collega's! Het huis biedt alle ruimte en luxe die je nodig hebt. De host was super aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, je bent binnen 10 minuten midden in de Ardennen. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.
Ideaal verblijf voor een grote groep volwassenen
Dit is een prachtig herenhuis, met grote leefruimtes en kamers, helemaal in stijl ingericht. De keuken voldoet voor 14 personen, met grote potten en pannen e.d. Minpuntje zijn de keukenmessen, maar dat is een probleem in ongeveer alle vakantiehuizen. Daarom neem ik altijd mijn eigen messen mee. Ook de badkamers voldoen aan de huidige normen. Met een bakker aan de overkant en winkels op wandelafstand was dit huis top.voor onze familie.
Prima vakantiehuis, centraal gelegen en goed uitgerust
Wanneer je dit huis boekt zal je moeten zorgen dat de verwarming werkt , huis bij aankomst ijskoud en na 1,5 dag en 3 keer bezoek van beheerder veel te warm En verwarming is niet te regelen ,3 badkamers zoals genoemd zijn meer een douchebak en aantal niet geschakeld aan slaapkamers,

Emplacement idéal sur une belle place à Stavelot. Maison de caractère avec beaucoup de charme.
Heel mooi huis met geschiedenis. Veel liefde in het huis en leuk stadje.
Zeer prettig huis voor een grote groep. Goede ligging direct bij mooie wandelroutes en voorzieningen zoals de bakker op het plein tegenover ons. Enige nadeel waren de tv en airhockey die het niet deden, door het goede weer was dat voor ons geen belemmering. Bij regendagen zou het jammer zijn.
Très belle décoration, extérieur sympa et situation en plein centre avec parking facile. Manque juste d'un grand salon cozy pour 14 personnes.
Prachtig en authentiek huis met heel mooie kamers en goede bedden. Mooie streek om te wandelen en fietsen.
Top locatie, authentiek, sfeervol voor een weekendje met vrienden. Enkel de keuken is wat te klein voor een groep van 12 personen . Muziekinstallatie werkt niet;)-
Eigenlijk wil ik mijn mening over dit fantastische huis niet delen want dan gaat iedereen er zitten. het is top!
