This farmhouse is located on a beautiful terrain in the heart of a typical Ardennes hamlet between Vielsalm and Gouvy.
Renovated keeping its old style, you will immediately be charmed by the old bleached stones or the marvellous woodwork that gives a lot of personality to the living room. This villa features seven bedrooms and three bathrooms (plus two showers near the sauna and another one in the pool area). This setting makes the accommodation perfectly suited for families or groups of up to 20 people. Everyone will find that little "plus" which will make this an unforgettable stay. The heated pool will add to your well-being and will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your children. Do you fancy spending a moment relaxing in private after a long walk in the surrounding green countryside? The sauna is perfect for that! Would you like to enjoy the first rays of the sun? Malgré un magnifique séjour, nous pensons qu'un rafraichissement de certaines pièces ainsi qu'une meilleure ventilation ou aération de la piscine serait un plus !
Très belle maison dans l'ensemble, mais remettre du neuf ds la salle de bain des chambres à coucher ne serait pas superflux. Certains matelas serait aussi à changer pr leurs qualités. Quelques travaux au niveau de aération de la piscine serait pas mal aussi, mais tout cela ne ns à pas empêché de passzr un super bon week-end.
Avis positif mais le bruit d'un étage à l'autre est quand même dérangeant compte tenu des différentes générations en présence.

Een aanrader om er een weekend met familie of vrienden door te brengen. Alle comfort, voldoende kamers, badkamers, binnenzwembad, sauna, uitgeruste keuken, open haard, enz. Rustige locatie, mooie omgeving. Goede, vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaar.

Heb een lang weekend met een groep vrienden verbleven in dit prachtige huis. Alles was naar wens, het ontbrak aan niks. Zeker een aanrader.
Wir haben eine wundervollen Aufenthalt in Vielsalm und würden jederzeit das Haus nochmal reservieren.

Ruim vakantiehuis met leuk zwembad voor de kinderen !
Het huis heeft potentie, zeker met het zwembad, maar op dit moment nog behoorlijk wat achterstallig onderhoud en een gedateerde inrichting. Daarnaast kan het poetswerk een stuk beter. Bij het zwembad/ overgang serre zouden wat antislipmatten mogen komen, want kinderen die de serre inkwamen, vielen regelmatig door de gladde tegelvloer aldaar. De kinderen hebben zich overigens supergoed vermaakt in het (zoute) zwembad en op het speeltoestel en grote weide buiten.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette location, tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu, c´est un endroit très agréable pour profiter en d´un moment en famille. De plus, le propriétaire est une personne à l´écoute et très sympathique !!

Leuk huis, voor de kinderen een lekker zwembad deze hebben genoten. Ook de omgeving is prachtig.

Propriétaire très sympathique et explique très bien tout ce qu’il y a à savoir pour trouver la maison et où sont les choses. Logement très agréable tout est bien fait pour les grands groupes nous n’avons jamais manqué ni d’espace ni de matériel. Une adresse où on voudrait revenir.
