This terraced holiday home is located on a quiet street in the centre of the village and overlooks a large garden and the forest at the rear. The mudroom with a washing machine and dryer, a storeroom with a freezer, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a TV, a games room with a billiards table, and the first of the bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets are located on the ground floor.
There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one separate toilet on the first floor. The second floor comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one separate toilet.
Outside, there is a patio and an enclosed 1,200 m² garden with a play house for children, containing a ping-pong table, as well as a badminton court, a swing, and a slide. There is room for eight cars, one of which can be placed under a carport.
Vresse-Sur-Semois is a welcoming village, as are the neighbouring villages of Bohan and Rochehaut, with a wonderful panoramic view. Your holiday home is the ideal starting point for bike rides and hikes in the woods or along the Semois River. You can also take to the water to explore the region: you can choose from four different kayak routes that depart from the village. Doing this as a group is guaranteed fun!

We vonden het vakantiehuis zeer goed ingericht en comfortabel uitgerust. De omheinde tuin met grasveld was een pluspunt. De ligging in het centrum was ook leuk en toch niet te druk. De slaapkamers en sanitair bieden het nodige comfort. Algemeen was het huis erg proper.
Perfectly located in the heart of Vresse-sur-Semois. Very nice location for large groups. The house has everything you need. No luxury and not very new. But everything is there to have an active & pleasant stay.
Très pratique pour grand rassemblement familial : grandes pièces où tous peuvent se rassembler au même endroit en même temps, chouette jardin avec jeux pour les grands et les petits, belle situation au cœur de la Semois avec des départs de ballades directement depuis le gîte.
Un super séjour dans un gîte extra … accessible à une personne en chaise roulante, une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres bien isolées, un nombre de douche extra (avec de l’eau chaude jusqu’au dernier étage), communication avec le propriétaire très facile …. Bref un super endroit à retenir!!!
Leuk huis in leuke plaats en wandelomgeving. Woon/kook en leefruimte zijn gezellig. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn matig.
Chouette endroit pour passer un moment entre amis! Nous étions plusieurs familles avec des enfants entre 1,5 en 11 ans et avons passé un très bon moment. Il y a plein de chouettes promenades à faire dans les ex-vriend.

We beleefden een mooi weekend onder vrienden in het huis. Het huis is goed ingericht voor een grote groep. Doordat een wandeling gewoon kon vertrekken aan de achterdeur, was wandelen ook met het natte herfstweer geen obstakel. Het haardvuur achteraf was des te fijner. Er zijn een aantal strikte regels maar die zijn eenvoudig na te komen en vormden dus geen probleem.
Met beetje opknappen en reparatie iets moois en gezellig van te maken
