New chalet in amazing setting. A 2 km road through the forest leads to this attractive, very well maintained, 3.5-star holiday home near Vresse-sur-Semois. It is the ideal place to catch your breath or start various walks.
Very charming 3.5-star holiday home for as many as nine guests in Vresse-sur-Semois, in the province of Namur. The holiday home is very attractively decorated thanks to the frequent use of wood as a material. The bright living room with the pleasant wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and TV with satellite reception and a DVD player, is a lovely space in which to enjoy a good book or board game until late in the evening. The living room and dining area are open plan, and you have a view into the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. This is wonderfully spacious in design and features, among other things, a four-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
You’ve got a lovely view from the living room over the wooded surroundings. Nature enthusiasts are sure to enjoy themselves here. The large communal garden offers more than enough space for children to romp around. And even the dog will surely be delighted with so much room to run around! The wooden veranda surrounding the chalet offers several nice sitting areas. On sunny days, set out the BBQ grill and garden furniture to enjoy a sumptuous home-cooked meal in the open air with the whole family.
The holiday home has three very cosy, homey bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a room with bunk beds for the children. There is also a beautiful shared bathroom with a lovely bathtub, washbasin, and two toilets.
Please note: a baby bed and high chair for the little one are available on request.
Although this attractive holiday home is located in an exceptionally verdant setting full of untouched nature, basic amenities such as shops, restaurants, and the like are just a kilometre away. The location also lends itself perfectly to the most enjoyable hiking or cycling trips around Bohan and Rochehaut. This part of the Belgian Ardennes is also the right place to be (Récréalle Recreation Centre) for activities such as kayaking, miniature golf, wall climbing, mountain biking, and bowling.
Bouillon is an absolute must if you love history and cultural excursions. The fortified castle and the Godfrey of Bouillon Archeoscope Museum, are well worth a visit. You’ll also find the Parc Animalier animal park near Bouillon. Here, you’ll find many animals native to the region, but certainly beyond, such as lynx, bears, ostriches, kangaroos, and bison. The perfect outing for the whole family!

Niet geschikt om met kleine kinderen te verblijven. Het huis biedt voldoende comfort, een leuke gezellige leefruimte, ruime huisraad aanwezig, maar een grondige poetsbeurt is aangewezen
We hadden geen zin om te vertrekken, zo'n mooie, rustige, zalige plek! Overal waar je kijkt bos, huis gezellig ingericht.
Het huis bevond zich op een prachtige ligging midden in de bossen op een boogscheut van het mooie Bohan waar je zeker tot rust kan komen. De bosweg ernaartoe was een beleving op zich! We hebben genoten van het mooie authentieke huis met zijn prachtige terrassen. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor tal van mooie wandelingen. Onze hond voelde er zich direct thuis. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar voor alle vragen en informatie over de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader !
Chalet très très bien situé. Parfait pour une mise au vert. L'entretien de la maison n'est pas extraordinaire. Notre pied a presque traversé une planche de la terrasse. Les chambres sont simplement correctes et la literie pareil.
Toplocatie midden in het bos en toch dichtbij de dorpskern. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Alles wat nodig is was aanwezig: koffie, vaatwastabletten, kruiden voor in de keuken, zelfs een fles bubbels bij ontvangst. We hebben er echt van genoten.
Mooie, leuke ruime chalet midden in de bossen. Toch niet zover van het centrum van Bohan. Goed uitgeruste keuken, alles is aanwezig. Vanuit het huisje kunnen wandelingen aangevat worden. Ook wandelkaarten ter beschikking. Aanrader!
Heerlijk huis op een fantastische plek. Mooie omgeving om leuke dingen te onderhouden. Zeker aan te raden!
Zeer rustig gelegen, toch vlakbij het dorpje. Het lijkt wel of je in een boomhut verblijft. Heel gezellig ingericht.
Tof afgelegen huisje! Keuken is enorm goed uitgerust, woonkamer zeer gezellig en warm ingericht. Slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben voldoende kastruimte. Hele gezellige terrassen, ook 2 overdekt!
Perfect vakantiehuisje in het midden van het bos met prachtig uitzicht
We werden bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Ook de communicatie vooraf was prima. Het vakantiehuis is uniek gelegen middenin een prachtig bos. De laatste 700 m naar de woning en de 400 m van de woning naar de straat vlakbij het centrum van Bohan doe je best heel traag en voorzichtig want de bosweg wordt niet goed onderhouden door de gemeente. Het huis zelf was prima enkel de trap naar beneden moet je gewoon worden. Best wel avontuurlijk dus, maar we komen toch nog eens terug in de zomer!

Heel gezellig en een uitstekende ligging.
Le gîte est très bien situé. Les pièces du salon et de la cuisine étaient assez spacieuses. Cuisine bien équipée. Une terrasse très grande aussi. La chambre du bas était assez humide, cela était dommage. Nous avions un peu froid. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un superbe endroit à découvrir en famille ou entre amis. Restaurant tout près à recommander: ''Le Relais de Vresse'', très bon et le personnel très gentil!

Prachtig ruim vakantiehuis , midden in het bos Gezellig dorpje op loopafstand. Prachtige omgeving , veel te zien en te doen in de omgeving

Enthousiaste en warme verwelkoming. In de dagen ervoor ook heel duidelijke communicatie. Gezellig huisje, de weg er naartoe is even zweten, maar valt al bij al goed mee!

Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille dans cette maison pleins de charme,au calme, dissimulé dans les bois, départ de beaucoup de randonnées et un joli petit village pas loin.
Heel fijn huis in het midden, echt midden, van het bos! Denk in sneeuwomstandigheden misschien niet zo eenvoudig om naar toe te rijden :-) Hele fijne ontvangst en een supertof weekendje gehad, met alle nodige comfort en gezelligheid!
